Terms and Conditions – Interview Coaching Services

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions apply between you, the User, and Cirrus Selection Limited (trading as Cirrus Elevate), the provider of interview coaching and associated services.

By booking, purchasing, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you should not proceed with booking or using our services.

 

2. Services

Cirrus Elevate provides interview coaching, preparation support, and related career guidance services (the Services), which may include:

• 1-to-1 coaching sessions

• Group workshops

• Online resources and materials

• Subscription-based coaching support

 

All Services are delivered on a best-efforts, advisory basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Job interviews

• Job offers

• Improved performance outcomes

 

3. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• The information you provide is accurate and complete

• You are responsible for your own job search and career decisions

 

4. Bookings and Payments

• All coaching sessions must be booked in advance

• Payment must be made in full prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed

• Subscription services will be billed on a recurring basis as agreed at sign-up

Cirrus Selection Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion.

 

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

By you:

• More than 24 hours’ notice: session may be rescheduled

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: session may be forfeited

By us:

• We will provide as much notice as possible and offer:

  • A rescheduled session, or

  • A full refund

 

6. Refund Policy

• Refunds are not typically provided once a session has been delivered

• Subscription cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period

• Any exceptions are at our sole discretion

 

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Actively engage with the coaching process

• Attend sessions on time and prepared

• Take responsibility for applying advice given

We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from:

• Failure to follow guidance

• Misrepresentation of your experience

• External hiring decisions

 

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of the Services (including documents, frameworks, templates, and training content) remain the property of Cirrus Selection Limited.

You may:

• Use materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only

You may not:

• Share, reproduce, or distribute materials without written permission

 

9. Confidentiality

We will treat all personal information shared during coaching sessions as confidential, in line with our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to record sessions or distribute content without prior consent.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cirrus Selection Limited shall not be liable for:

• Failure to secure interviews or job offers

• Any indirect or consequential losses

• Loss of income, opportunity, or employment

All Services are advisory in nature.

 

11. Availability of Services

We aim to provide a consistent, high-quality service, however:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability

• We may modify or withdraw services at any time

 

12. Links to Third Parties

Our website or materials may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or accuracy.

 

13. Privacy

Use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

 

14. General

• These terms may be updated from time to time

• Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated terms

• If any part is deemed unenforceable, the remainder will still apply

 

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
